Management Team

Ron Peacock

Ron started CF&R Services from his home in 1991, in response to a request to develop a fulfillment services company to serve both end users and agencies. His almost 20 years of experience, at that time with the largest coupon fulfillment house; and In store Marketing company as well as a short stint with a Promotion Agency gives Ron the knowledge and experience within the Canadian Marketing Community.
One stop marketing services with our staff and resources is the vision Ron has for CF&R. Mr. Peacock has seen CF&R grow from serving a few accounts, to now fulfilling the needs of over hundreds of clients in coupon redemption; consumer response, warehousing and distribution.
Under Ron’s vision CF&R will continue to meet the needs of our clients – Efficiently, Effectively and Flexibly.

Phrancis MacInnis

Phrancis MacInnis started her career at A. C. Nielsen Company of Canada. Phrancis’ total commitment to her job and her excellent customer relations skills led to her becoming one of NCH’s Account Managers by 1988. Her clients included Tier 1 Consumer Packaged Goods and Financial Accounts. Phrancis was instrumental in the launch of a computerized coupon management tool in development, documentation and delivery of this new technology for all the Clearing House Division Customers.
Phrancis joined CF&R Services in 1998 as a sales consultant, and has grown into her current position, as Vice President, through versatility, commitment and dedication to customer expectations and staff management.
She has direct responsibility for the efficient and effective delivery of all of CF&R’s coupon and call centre operations in addition to serving her customer responsibilities. Phrancis has expanded capabilities in RFP Processes; as well as serving the expectations of both Federal and Provincial Departments as clients.

Chris Whelan

Chris Whelan has an extensive background in consumer & trade promotions. After working several years in advertising premiums and incentives, Chris moved on to become a top account manager at a mid sized Promotion Agency specializing in Consulting & Marketing.
Chris has spent the last several years at CF&R polishing his skills in contest management, fulfillment, prize procurement, contest rule writing, loyalty programs and cross promotions for both regional & national accounts.

Paul Baker

Paul has an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Guelph. His work experience consists of an extensive background in Consumer Package Good Marketing & Sales, Process Management and Consumer Promotion. He has managed POS distribution programs for McDonalds Restaurants, Bell Canada, National Car Rental, Cadbury Canada and a host of smaller organizations. Paul is customer centric in his business approach. With over 20 years of experience in Client, Agency and Services side of the Canadian Marketing Industry, Paul is able to identify issues and recommend solutions before they become a problem.
